Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store sales goals by helping clients select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide lens training, and educate customers on care. Maintain accurate records, communicate order status, answer phone calls, and keep the store clean and visually merchandised. Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Fluent in English and Spanish with 1+ year of retail experience required. Full-time role with competitive pay, bonuses, health benefits, and 401k.
