Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the Talbots brand and builds relationships with customers. Support management in driving store business, service multiple customers, and manage tasks to maximize traffic. Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to create outfits and match items to customer needs. Develop positive working relationships to maintain a productive store environment and communicate store information and brand initiatives to management. Strive to achieve sales and service metrics in key areas, participate in learning opportunities, and assist with inventory-related tasks such as filling, recalls, replenishment, and re-tickets. May lead or supervise others occasionally and assist with opening or closing the store. Demonstrate curiosity and confidence in understanding customer needs through intentional conversation.
