Sales Associate Key

Provide exceptional customer service and create meaningful shopping experiences to promote Talbots products, build brand relationships, and achieve sales and service metrics. Responsibilities include assisting management, serving multiple customers, staying informed on fashion trends and product knowledge, creating outfits for customers, communicating store information to management, supporting operational excellence (inventory, recalls, replenishment, re-tickets), planning and prioritizing tasks, and occasionally leading or opening/closing the store. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and flexing availability to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with POS/iPad/handheld systems and strong verbal communication are expected, along with teamwork in a diverse environment.
