Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships by selling Talbots’ fashion offerings; assist management in driving store performance, service multiple customers, and maintain knowledge of current fashion trends to create outfits for customers. Develop positive working relationships, proactively communicate store information and brand initiatives, and aim to achieve sales and service metrics. Participate in learning opportunities, support inventory and replenishment, plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and store needs, and occasionally lead or supervise others including opening and/or closing the store. Must be able to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems, be comfortable with standing for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
