Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience, promote the product, and build brand relationships. Engage with customers to understand needs, create outfits using product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining store standards. Collaborate with management to execute store initiatives, handle multiple customers, stay informed on fashion trends, and leverage POS/iPad/handheld systems. Be adaptable to a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays), work as part of a team, and assist with inventory, recalls, replenishment, and other store tasks. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and navigate the sales floor to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales/service metrics, including Talbots Classic Awards.
