Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through premium sales experiences by curating luxury looks and creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process, including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, and closing, while consistently executing design program goals and scheduling professional home consultations. Maintain strong product knowledge to answer objections, provide after-sale service, and champion store promotions and marketing initiatives. Ensure every customer has an informative and positive experience by resolving issues, managing deliveries, and maintaining showroom displays and visual appearance. Support the team by training new peers, coaching on selling skills, and delivering exceptional customer service through responsive communication and adherence to company standards.
