Job Summary
Tommy Bahama Sales Associate in Charleston, SC engages guests with island-inspired service, greets guests, helps locate merchandise, shares current product knowledge, promotes brand programs and events, supports store leadership, and contributes to achieving sales and service goals while delivering world-class service in a retail environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of guest/sales experience; equal opportunity employer; E-Verify participant.
