Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers. Process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model. Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, determine resolution, or escalate further to Store Management. Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP and support additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation. Located at the King Of Prussia store, this role requires proficiency in technology including iPads and registers. Applicants must meet defined availability criteria including nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Previous retail experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
