Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Follow company policies to protect associates and customers, and assist with product launch changes per SOP. Deliver on the customer experience model by processing transactions quickly, resolving service issues, and driving credit and loyalty programs. Stock, clean, and fold merchandise while interacting with customers, sales leadership, and team members. Requires high school education, 0-2 years of retail experience, and proficiency with technology. Full-time or part-time availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
