Job Summary
Build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining store standards for image, product, and operations. Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets, master selling skills, and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff. Capture customer data to maintain long-term relationships and proactively organize in-store and promotional events. Manage stock, backroom operations, and visual merchandising standards while ensuring compliance with company policies. Deliver an elevated customer experience to increase loyalty and act as a brand ambassador for new and VIP clientele.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years' experience in retail
- Computer skills to include operation of retail sales system
