Job Summary
As part of Kay Jewelers' Sales Team, provide a superior customer experience by engaging customers to understand needs, presenting merchandise with detailed features/benefits, and sharing information on extended service plans and financing options. Meet individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate life’s moments with jewelry. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer connections, jewelry experience, and a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
