Job Summary
As part of the Kay Jewelers sales team, you will provide a superior customer experience by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits. You will discuss extended service plans and financing options, and work toward meeting individual and team sales goals. Candidates should have strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience, with flexible availability for peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays). The role emphasizes building personal relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Required Qualifications
