Job Summary
As part of the Kay Jewelers sales team, you’ll engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise with detailed feature/benefit information, discuss extended service plans and financing options, and strive to meet individual and team sales goals. Ideal candidates bring a client-focused attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry. The role requires flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and offers base pay plus commission, with full-time and part-time opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
