Job Summary
Provide a superior customer experience as part of Kay Jewelers' sales team. Engage customers to understand needs, present merchandise with detailed feature/benefit information, explain extended service plans and financing options, and strive to meet individual and team sales goals. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience, flexible availability for peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and strong communication/relational skills.
