Job Summary
As part of Kay Jewelers’ Sales Team, engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires; present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products; provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options; and strive to meet individual and team sales goals. Kay Jewelers is hiring SEASONAL, PART-TIME, and FULL-TIME team members and emphasizes building personal relationships to celebrate life’s moments with customers. The role requires a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
