Job Summary
Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant at Kay Jewelers (Southland Mall, Miami, FL). Responsibilities include engaging customers to understand needs, presenting merchandise with detailed features/benefits, informing customers about extended service plans and financing options, and helping the team meet sales goals. Ideal candidates have customer service, retail and/or jewelry experience, a customer-focused approach, and strong communication/relational skills; flexibility to work peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
