Job Summary
As a Kay Jewelers Sales Team member, you will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, and discuss extended service plans and financing options. You will work to meet individual and team sales goals while delivering a superior customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience, with a positive, customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. Flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) is encouraged.
