Job Summary
As part of the Kay Jewelers sales team, provide a superior customer experience by engaging customers to understand needs, presenting merchandise with detailed feature/benefit information, and explaining financing options and extended service plans. Drive individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Requires flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and offers base pay plus commission, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, training, and opportunities for advancement. Required Qualifications
