Job Summary
As a Sales Associate/Jewelry Consultant at Kay Jewelers Outlet, you will participate in a dynamic sales team focused on helping customers celebrate life and express love through jewelry. You will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, and explain extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals, demonstrate a positive, customer-focused approach, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. The role requires strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience and a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
