Job Summary
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring Sales Associates/Jewelry Consultants at the Daytona Beach Tanger Outlet location. You will engage customers to understand needs, present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, explain extended service plans and financing options, and strive to meet individual and team sales goals. The role emphasizes building personal relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and working with jewelry products across peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays). We value customer-service, retail and/or jewelry experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, customer-focused approach.
