Job Summary
As part of Kay Jewelers' Sales Team, you will provide a superior customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love through jewelry. Responsibilities include engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, and providing information on extended service plans and financing options. You will work to meet individual and team sales goals and leverage strong communication and relational skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, retail and/or jewelry experience and flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
