Job Summary
As a Kay Jewelers Sales Team member in Northpark Center, you will provide a superior customer experience by engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise with detailed feature/benefit information, discussing extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role requires strong customer service, retail/jewelry experience, flexible availability for peak hours, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
