Job Summary
As part of Kay Jewelers' sales team, engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise with detailed features and benefits, and discuss financing options and extended service plans. You will work toward meeting individual and team sales goals while delivering a superior customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience, and are flexible to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes building personal connections with customers and helping celebrate life’s meaningful moments through jewelry, with opportunities for training and career development within Signet Jewelers.
