Job Summary
Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates/Jewelry Consultants at the Kentucky Oaks Mall location in Paducah, KY. In this role you will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise, share detailed information on products and financing options, and help meet individual and team sales goals. The position supports a variety of shifts (seasonal, part-time, and full-time) with emphasis on peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience, excellent communication and relational skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional experience.
