As part of the Sales Team, you will engage customers in conversation to understand needs and desires, present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits, provide information on extended service plans and financing options, and work to meet individual and team sales goals. The role emphasizes building lasting personal relationships with customers, delivering a superior customer experience, and leveraging jewelry knowledge to help customers celebrate life’s moments. Availability is flexible to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
