Job Summary
Sales Associate at size? Canada, Queen St. location, on-site. Responsibilities include performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep), building relationships with customers, resolving store-level issues promptly, staying current on product and service updates, and processing orders for the online store. Must have knowledge of the fashion industry, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, excellent organization, multitasking, and integrity to fulfill customer commitments; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; willingness to learn new programs; represent the brand across fashion, music, art, technology, and culture.
