Job Summary
Assist customers with product selection and food pairing ideas; stock the sales floor and unload pallets; educate guests about wine, beer, cider, and spirits and what’s behind each bottle; maintain store presentation; process till transactions ensuring an excellent in-store experience; complete warehouse duties such as stocking shelves and reorganizing the warehouse area; weekend and evening availability required; benefits include training and development programs (WSET, Prud’homme, Ambassador & Leadership courses), tasting allowances, staff discounts, and medical benefits.
Required Qualifications
- retail or customer service experience
- evening and weekend availability
- able to lift 50lbs
