Job Summary
Act as the Brand Ambassador by cultivating strong relationships with clients and communities while providing exemplary client service to foster loyalty. Drive sales by demonstrating extensive product knowledge, utilizing clienteling tools, and employing selling techniques to overcome objections and close deals. Support store operations by assisting with merchandising, replenishment, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining clean sales floors. Maintain current merchandise, pricing, and promotion knowledge to communicate effectively with customers and resolve inquiries promptly. Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure the customer remains the top priority while adhering to company policies and standards of professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
