Job Summary
Act as the Brand Ambassador by cultivating strong relationships with clients and the community while providing exemplary service to foster loyalty. Drive sales through extensive product knowledge, appropriate suggestions, and selling techniques to overcome objections and close deals. Support the store manager with operations, merchandising, and replenishment while maintaining a clean sales floor and adhering to visual standards. Utilize clienteling tools, POS systems, and outreach techniques to inform customers of events and new arrivals. Plan and prioritize daily tasks, resolve customer issues promptly, and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers. Participate in store events and trunk shows to build a reputation as a local retailer. Work various shifts including weekends and holidays, standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
