Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations by managing the sales floor, replenishing inventory, and executing opening and closing procedures. Deliver exemplary client service through product knowledge, clienteling outreach, and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Support store management with merchandising, visual standards, and POS data collection while driving sales against key metrics. Participate in store events and trunk shows to cultivate local community relationships. Maintain a clean environment and adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
