Sales Associate

Provide personalized styling advice and assist customers in finding products while contributing to sales goals. Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute floor sets, and participate in operational functions including marketing, product processing, replenishment, markdowns, promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization. Proactively address customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach and work closely with team members to foster a supportive environment. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure store success. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 30lbs, and operating POS registers.
