Job Summary
Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service, styling advice, and seamless shopping assistance while contributing to sales goals. Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute floor sets, and manage operational functions including product processing, replenishment, markdowns, promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization. Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill's merchandise to offer expert guidance and work closely with team members to create a positive environment. Proactively address customer needs with a solution-oriented approach and perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Assist customers in finding perfect products while ensuring a welcoming experience within the store and community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
