Job Summary
Create an in-store and online seamless shopping experience by guiding customers, determining their needs, and cultivating long-term relationships through engaging conversation. Drive sales proficiency by embracing technology, sharing Loyalty program benefits, and processing register transactions with handheld equipment. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements by circulating the sales floor, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring floor and fitting room upkeep. This role requires working flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving prolonged standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and frequent use of computers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
