Job Summary
The Sales Associate Intern will engage in a 12-week program focused on advancing to a Sales Associate role within the Roofing Sales Training program. Interns will collaborate with Tremco Roofing Field Advisors to learn skills essential for success in field sales, gaining hands-on knowledge in various departments including manufacturing, R&D, sales, and marketing. Responsibilities include completing assignments across departments, developing process improvements, conducting market research, and collaborating with colleagues. Interns will also participate in orientation and culminate their experience with a final project presentation.
