Job Summary
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting client transaction data while analyzing commercial real estate market trends to inform marketing presentations. Forecast and track activities related to client transactions, then identify potential business opportunities through cold calling and other outreach efforts. Support the Mid Atlantic brokerage team with building inspections, prospect phone calls, deal analysis, and transaction execution. Requires a Pennsylvania Real Estate License, proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel between offices to visit clients and sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Obtain Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- Ability to identify complex problems and interpret information to develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus
- Experience using computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information
- Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful with the ability to multi-task against deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to travel between offices and to visit real estate clients and sites
