Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers, assist in maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs, stock merchandise, and support store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, assisting customers in locating items, operating the cash register and scanning equipment, processing payments, assisting with ordering using handheld scanners, and maintaining a clean, orderly front end and stockroom. Requires basic cash handling, math skills, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally) and frequent standing. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
