Job Summary
Sales Associate at Dollar General will serve as the frontline contact with customers, helping them locate and purchase merchandise, operate the cash register, stock and display products, maintain store cleanliness, and support store profitability as directed by the Store Manager. Requires customer-service orientation, basic math, cash-handling ability, ability to stock and rotate merchandise, familiarity with planograms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge of safety policies are desirable.
