Job Summary
SALES ASSOCIATE at a Dollar General location in Poplarville, MS. Drive customer service and sales by acting as the point of contact, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and processing transactions. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and stocking merchandise, building and rotating displays, maintaining plan-o-grams, helping customers locate items, operating the cash register, bagging purchases, and assisting with merchandise ordering. Requires effective interpersonal communication, basic cash handling and math skills, ability to follow plan-o-grams, and ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Fast-paced retail environment with frequent walking and standing; relocation not offered for this position.
