Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers; load/unload trucks, stock merchandise, build merchandise displays, stock and rotate merchandise, assist customers in locating merchandise, operate cash register and itemize totals, collect payment and provide change, assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners, and maintain store cleanliness. Maintain plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation, greet customers, assist with sidewalk displays, and comply with policies while protecting assets. Requires basic math, knowledge of cash handling, and ability to follow safety and store processes; physical duties include frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally), and occasionally climbing ladders. Relocation assistance is not available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
