Job Summary
The Sales Associate assists customers with locating and purchasing merchandise, operates the cash register, stocks and rotates merchandise, cleans and maintains the store, and supports store profitability and customer satisfaction as directed by the Store Manager. Key duties include greeting customers, handling transactions and making change, following planograms and merchandise presentation guides, unloading/stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety practices. Required skills include effective interpersonal and oral communication, basic cash handling, basic math, and the ability to read planograms and operate the cash register. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This role involves frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally).
Required Qualifications
