Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets. Duties include unloading trucks, receiving and stocking merchandise, building displays, assisting customers, operating cash register and scanning equipment, processing payments, assisting with merchandise ordering, cleaning and stocking the store, greeting customers, and complying with company policies. Requires effective interpersonal skills, basic math, cash handling, and ability to follow plan-o-gram guidance; physically active with frequent walking/standing and lifting up to 40 pounds (55 pounds occasionally).
