Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers, assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, stock merchandise adequately, and perform duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and unpacking cartons, stocking shelves, building merchandise displays, rotating merchandise, assisting customers, operating the cash register and bagging merchandise, processing payments, assisting with merchandise ordering using hand-held scanners, cleaning front end and stockroom, and adhering to company policies. Requires effective interpersonal and oral communication, safety policy awareness, basic cash handling, and basic math skills to support store operations and customer service.
Required Qualifications
