Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers and assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately; rotate and face shelves; restock recovered merchandise; assist customers by locating merchandise; operate cash register and scanning devices to total purchases and collect payment. Unload trucks, stock, display merchandise, clean front end and stockroom, bail cardboard and take out trash, and comply with company policies. Maintain safety practices and understand basic cash handling; read and follow plan-o-gram guidance; perform related duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. The role involves frequent walking and standing, lifting up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally), and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
