Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers and assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately and perform duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Unload trucks, open/unpack cartons, store or move merchandise to sales floor, build displays, rotate and face stock, restock recovered items, assist customers in locating merchandise, bag purchases, and operate the cash register to itemize and total transactions. Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners and help set up sidewalk displays when necessary. Requires basic math, basic cash handling knowledge, and ability to follow company policies. Frequent walking/standing, lifting up to 40 pounds (occasionally up to 55 pounds), and a fast-paced environment. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
