Act as the point of contact for customers, assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, stock merchandise adequately, and perform duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Unload trucks, build merchandise displays, stock and rotate items, assist customers in locating merchandise, and operate the cash register to complete purchases. Follow company policies, help with merchandising orders using hand-held scanners, and maintain cleanliness of the front end and sidewalk displays. Requires basic cash handling, reading plan-o-gram guidance, and effective interpersonal communication; physical duties include lifting up to 40 pounds (occasional to 55), frequent standing, and occasional outdoor exposure.
