Act as the point of contact for customers; unload trucks; follow company processes to receive, open and unpack cartons; stock merchandise and rotate/display on shelves; assist customers in locating items; operate cash register and bag purchases; process payments and make change; help with ordering merchandise using scanners; maintain front-end cleanliness and set up sidewalk displays as needed; adhere to policies and safety practices; strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic math and cash-handling abilities; able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally.
