Job Summary
Sales Associate provides attentive customer service, operates the cash register, processes transactions, stocks and rotates merchandise, cleans the store, and helps set up merchandise displays while following planograms to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction. Key duties include greeting and assisting customers, handling cash transactions and making change, stocking and rotating merchandise, conducting housekeeping tasks, and supporting store displays. Required skills include effective interpersonal and oral communication, basic cash handling, ability to read planograms, and basic mathematical abilities. The role is part-time with starting pay range of $15.00–$15.10 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
