Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers and assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise, unload trucks, build merchandise displays, rotate and face merchandise, and restock recovered merchandise. Help customers locate items, operate the cash register, process payments, and bag purchases. Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners. Maintain store cleanliness including front end, restrooms, and stockroom; participate in sidewalk display setup when needed. Requires strong customer service orientation, basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with plan-o-gram guidance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications
