Job Summary
Act as point of contact for customers, assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, stock merchandise, build displays, unload trucks, operate cash register and total purchases, assist customers in locating merchandise, and maintain store appearance. Duties include stocking, rotating merchandise, stocking front-end areas, cleaning and organizing, handling merchandise with scanners, and following company policies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Skills include effective interpersonal communication, basic cash handling, reading plan-o-grams, and ability to perform light-to-moderate physical tasks. Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds (up to 55 pounds occasionally) and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
