Job Summary
Act as the point of contact for customers, assist in stocking and merchandising, operate the cash register, and process payments. Unload trucks, build displays, stock merchandise, rotate and face products, restock recovered merchandise, assist customers in locating items, and maintain store cleanliness. Follow plan-o-gram guidance, assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners, and help set up sidewalk displays as needed. Requires basic cash handling, mathematical skills, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate cash register and basic math
